I just love this piece, it will be hard to let it go. I used a slice of amethyst, a purple CZ and an unknown green pear shaped stone (I believe this could be ammonizite) for this pendant. The colors meld so well together. The amethyst is set with a heavy wall half bezel and prong, while the mystery stone has s serrated bezel. The large round disc has a hidden bail that fits this wide sterling silver oval neckwire perfectly. You can remove the neckwire and use it on other pieces as well. The neckwire is slightly adjustable, can be worn by most ladies that wear a 16 to a 20 inch necklace. Contact me if you would rather just purchase the pendant without the neckwire. Pendant is 3 inches in diameter, and the neckwire is 3/8” wide.
